Bad design !
The 2nd release mechanism is BENEATH the strap, so when you have a load strapped down its almost impossible to disengage 2nd trigger !!!! This is why i think the price is so low ! They GET YOU on the eye bolts though !!! 2 for well over .00... WHAT A RIP OFF !!!
